Refund Policy
Effective May 9, 2026
Audit ($799)
The Atlas audit is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided audit work has not yet started.
“Work started” means any of the following has occurred:
- The intake email has been sent and you have replied with intake responses
- The mystery shop form submission has been made on your website
- Lighthouse, Places API, or competitor data gathering has begun
- Any portion of the deliverable has been drafted
Once work has started, the audit is non-refundable. You will receive the completed deliverable regardless of whether you proceed with Frame, Axis, or any other Atlas product.
If the audit cannot be delivered for any reason on Atlas's side (e.g., scope limitation discovered mid-audit, unforeseen technical issue), Atlas will refund in full and notify you in writing.
Frame, Axis, and Crown setup fees
Setup fees are refundable on a pro-rated basis based on work completed at the time of cancellation:
- Before kickoff call: 100% refundable
- After kickoff, before any deliverables shipped: 50% refundable
- After first deliverable shipped: non-refundable
The 14-day audit credit applied to setup is treated as part of the setup fee for refund calculations.
Frame, Axis, and Crown monthly retainers
Monthly retainers are paid in advance and non-refundable for the current billing period.
To cancel, give Atlas at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. You will retain access through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
Disputes
If you believe a refund applies and Atlas has not processed it, contact [email protected] directly. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Atlas does not arbitrate disputes through Stripe, credit card chargebacks, or third-party platforms before direct communication. Initiating a chargeback before contacting Atlas in writing voids any further refund eligibility under this policy.
Changes to this policy
Atlas may update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Future purchases are governed by the current policy.
